Our warriors, as you call them, are a last resort and are only to be commissioned if a member of the Union fractures one of the Treaty's laws. You must understand this if you are to accept our treaty.
Contrarily, you have already seen our instructions. If you desire a place in the Union, you are to copy and paste the treaty, adding your political party to the list. Doing so will earn our utmost respect, unless you manipulate any part of the Treaty...
